PASTOR LEMUEL NEAL JR.
Founder & CEO
Pastor Neal was ordained in 2011 through the Ministerial Training Center Saints of Value. Recognizing a profound need among individuals seeking healing and guidance, he founded Thee Answer to provide compassionate support to those facing life’s challenges. His mission is to uplift and serve those in need, particularly those who are experiencing hardship. Pastor Neal is also dedicated to mentoring young men, emphasizing the importance of a balanced life. His guiding philosophy is to nurture talents early, plant seeds of potential, and witness their growth into maturity.

La Rae Neal, PsyD, MBA, LAADC
Clinical Director
Employed by a private practice with over 30 years of clinical, administrative, teaching, and managerial experience, Dr. Neal offers psychotherapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families. Dr. Neal’s approach is relational and integrative by employing a variety of therapeutic modalities to include Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Systems Approach to conceptualize the problem and employ evidence-based interventions. It is empirically proven that the single most important factor in predicting successful treatment is the relationship between therapist and patient. Dr. Neal provides a safe, collaborative, non-judgmental environment for patients to express themselves and feel understood. She is currently the Lead Consultant for Pacific Assessments and Counseling and External Provider for Kaiser Permenente.

Arzell Scoggins, LMFT
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Arzell Scoggins is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has worked in community mental health for over 18 years. She has extensive clinical experience working with individuals, groups, and families utilizing cognitive-behavioral counseling and solution-focused interventions. Arzell earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services from University of Phoenix in 2006, followed by a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2016. She aspires to strengthen communities by restoring and reconnecting families, meeting them wherever their journey begins. Her experience includes work with depression and anxiety, as well as couples and addiction. Arzell also has a strong desire and passion for empowering and providing a safe space for individual growth. She believes in the collaborative therapeutic process to assist all individuals in restoring calm, happiness and rebuilding relationships with family and friends. Arzell makes every effort to help clients develop positive coping skills to face life’s challenges and live a fulfilling life.
